?What is the monthly platform fee?
The $59/month platform fee covers portal access, patient management, automated communications, and ongoing support. The platform fee is waived for your first 30 days—you only pay for completed studies during the trial.
?How are studies billed?
Each completed study is billed based on its fulfillment method: In-Office ($99) or Shipped ($129).
?What is a "completed study"?
A study is complete when the patient wears the device for at least 2 valid nights and the study has been scored and interpreted. You are not charged for failed or incomplete studies.
?Can I use both In-Office and Shipped?
Yes. Each study is priced according to its fulfillment method. Many practices use In-Office for local patients and Shipped for remote patients.
?Are there any contracts or commitments?
No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We believe in earning your business every month.
